Woke up and I'm back to 154lb. Back on track... I'm sure I can hit the goal mark this weekend.
This weekend is http://bluesnsoul.com so I'll be dancing 12 hours a day for... 3 days...
So I'll be missing yoga Sat but I'm sure I'll get my exercise.
Today is a day of rest... I just need to eat well.
