Meant to wake up at 10:30. Ohwells.
My cardio pilates class was canceled and a yoga class is replacing it... don't think I will go. I have to get stuff done around the house.
FITNESS PLAN:
30 min on the elliptical at the apartment gym
Yogilates
Start 100 pushup challenge
Woke up and I was 156lbs... It's not my "usual" eating but the late night eating that kills me. I'll be good I swear.
