30 mins of Cardio Pilates (sweated my butt off.. hopefully)
3 hours of dance practice
hundred push up challenge initial test.
I could do ZERO.. I can get down to the ground but not push up. I can hold myself well (thank you yoga) just lack the pushing of the up.
Austin and Tom are doing it with me.
Austin did 29 push ups. Tom did 19.
Austin had to show me how to do a "proper" pushup elbows out and I just felt my muscles ripping...
I can do 10 on my knees though... so if I still can't do a push up tomorrow after rest than I'm going to start the program on my knees until I can do one pushup. Then I'll restart the program. :/ Which will suck to be behind the others.
So yes we start tomorrow!
Eating habits wise I give myself a B-. Bad breakfast, good dinner. Ohweels.
Tomorrow starts a new week - S

Nothing wrong about starting with modified (girl) push ups. I am doing that too because I have the same problem. Once I get to the ground I simply cannot lift my own weight. After I tried REALLY hard I managed 2, but I am not sure I can recreate that. So I am going to do it with modified first, then redo the program with full push ups. At least we are trying this. That is more than most of the population can say :)
