Day 159: Normal BMI Ville

So just checking in for my monthly goal update.


This past month I haven't been able to work out as much due to school starting full swing plus sickness. I have been trying to dance more and eat better to make up for it.

I plan on continuing this plus hopefully I'll keep up with Yogilates on sundays too.

Today I did that plus some leg machines and boy did I miss it! I semi kept up with my pushups, I can do 6-8ish full ones.

Weight.

A month ago I was at 145 according to wii fit. Today I'm 140! I've been going in and out of normal bmi (the marker is 141) but now I'm firmly in it and and hope to stay there.

So yes I'm happy reached my goals though I do hope to try to work out more. My arms are still fatties.

GOAL for OCT: 136lbs.
