Day 61: Start all Over

As of any birthday holiday I feel like I totally screwed my diet. I'm a little worried for weigh and and I'll be happy if I at least stayed at 153. I'm kind of ashamed. But I'll just have to continue.

A sum up of activity since Friday:

Friday:

-danced
-fat burning pilates mat work
-week2 day3 maxed out at the min of 15
Ate: C

Sat:
-camped (swam and such)
Ate: F

Sun:
-canoed for 1.5 hours
Ate: C-

Mon:
-some sun salutes
-week 3 push up status test:

I had to retest my max and I did 25. I could have maybe pushed it past 25 (which goes into the third tier) but I'm kind of glad I didn't. I was starting to get sloppy.. and honestly I'm not sure I could handle the third tier which starts as 25 in just the starting round.

I'll continue with week 3 tomorrow.

Mon is usually my work out day but I feel it may become a struggle since its a full day of work and class and its right out of the weekend. Today after all the camping I definately don't have exercise in me other than some pushups.

I'm gonna try to keep it my workout day but just do it via tape at home.

Plan for the week:

Tues: pushup challenge
Wed: Yoga/cardio
Thurs: pushup challenge
Fri: Yoga?/dance
Sat: Yoga?/pushup challenge/dance

Yoga will depend on how my schedule works out... its gonna be a super busy weekend.

I'm also gonna try to get back on the train of eating well.
