So I knew weigh in was going to be bad. It wasn't horrid... but I was 153. Which meant I was 1.5 lbs heavier. I feel like its all in my belly.... ohwelll.... I'm still setting next wed's goal to 150lb because I feel this weight is temporary "bloating". I just need to get my priorities in line.
Yesterday I....
-napped in my car so only did 10 minutes of elliptical
- hour of yoga (so many newbies in class!)
- 15min of leg machines
- day 2 of week 2 pushup challenge. Maxed out at the min of 15 pushups. Feeling good though about the challenge. It's hard but I can get through it.
-Today i will rest other then 30 minutes on the elliptical to make up for yesterday.
Yesterday I ate a B-. Really good until late at night when Tom made pizza... though at least the pizza was fresh and had better for me ingredients than a normal pizza.
I'll get better.... - S
