I was good today. Though I will be eating a sliver of cake later on.
I ate: A++!
Instead of pilates I:
-28 min of eliptical or 2.2 miles.
-lots of leg machines
-day 2 week1 of pushup challenge. I maxed out on 12! The min was 10. Too bad I was shaking by the end...
-Hour of yoga.... sweated... felt good. Though my balance has been off.
Tomorrow is my day off and that's good... I am starting to really feel the pushups getting to me. Once thing nice about yoga is it doesn't leave me sore... just tired.
I forgot my tennis shoes so I had to work out in slip ons... egh. I hope to not to forget shoes again.
Feeling good!
And best of all I checked my weight at the gym (a reliable scale) and I was a solid 151lb! I'm already past my goal. I have a feeling my scale is crappier than I thought. My goal for sunday is now 150lbs!
Okay yes.. rest tomorrow. But work tonight - S
