I've decided to just create a blog especially for my dieting measurement. I'm not gonna go as far as make it a food diary. Just a place to chronicle my goals and chastise myself.
STARTED: 158
WEIGHT NOW: 154lb
GOAL FOR NEXT SUN: 153lb
GOAL FOR MONTH: 150lb
GOAL BY NEXT MAY: 130lb
(though if I keep on track I may make it sooner)
So I really started in the beginning of may so that would make this day 46. Though not very seriously until 2 weeks ago or so. But I suppose I should count from May because that was the time I had the epiphany that I actually do like exercise.
Last night was a wash I drank and then ate a lot. Somehow I didn't gain weight but that also meant I didn't lose any. So today to make up for it I hope to eat well and do one of my pilates video. Plus I have dance practice tonight.
But I also have a million other things to do.
Tomorrow I start: http://hundredpushups.com/ in a hundred days. Along with Kitzzy, Jason, Tom and maybe Austin if I can convince him.
So yeah I have tons of things to do... so adeiu.
