Today I ate well (A-).
I did 30 minutes on the eliptical (3 miles worth).
I did some pilates for my stomach.
I started the push up challenge.
Unfortunately I still cannot do one single pushup... so I had to start on my knees. Maxed out at 10 (but that was after doing about 40 in rounds).
Felt good. I hope it won't be long til I can do a single pushup so I can restart and follow the program.
Felt good today, did a lot of chores, got work done.
Still have loads to do by deadline tonight.
So night and let's hope tomorrow is just as good.
